Highlights from 2010
In its inaugural year, the 2010 Medinah Patriot Day event raised more than $100K to provide scholarships for the families of soldiers who have been killed or injured during active duty, doubling the first-year goal. More than 200 attendees helped to sell out the event, which included an 18-hole golf tournament, silent auction, dinner and entertainment.

Nearly a dozen high-profile members of the Chicago media participated in and covered the event, with multiple placements on WGN-TV, Chicago Tribune, Golfers on Golf (radio), the Steve Cochran Show (WGN), Golf Chicago! TV, WorldGolf.com, and more. Based on the success of the 2010 event, organizers are planning an even bigger and more successful benefit for 2011.
